At Atelier KAI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Atelier KAI packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
